Shipping & Delivery Policy
How our freshly packed, sun-cured foods travel safely from Rajasthan to your doorstep.
At MHAAKO (DadiSa Ro Laad), our Dal ki Mangodi is freshly prepared in authentic home batches, sun-dried on clean cotton sheets to crisp perfection, and packed in moisture-proof pouches before dispatch.
1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Because we do not store stale mass-manufactured inventory in dusty warehouses, each pouch is inspected and sealed fresh:
- Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM IST on business days are queued for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are packed and dispatched on the immediate next working day.
2. Protective Multi-Layer Packaging
Traditional hand-pinched wadis are delicate and light because they contain natural air pockets (with zero chemical baking soda). To protect against courier vibrations:
- Inner Layer: Food-grade, airtight, moisture-resistant pouch that locks in natural aroma and hing freshness.
- Outer Layer: Sturdy corrugated box with eco-friendly cushioning to prevent crushing during highway and air transit.
3. Pan-India Delivery Coverage & Partners
We ship across all 28 states and 8 union territories in India, covering over 19,000+ PIN codes through premier express logistics networks:
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai): Typically delivered in 2 to 4 business days.
- State Capitals & Tier 2 Cities: Typically delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
- Towns & Remote Rural PIN Codes: Typically delivered in 5 to 7 business days via India Post Speed Post or regional express partners.
